Overview
"I'm a first-year PhD student interested in the icy moons of our solar system and what their subsurface oceans mean for habitability. Before starting at Cornell, I spent a year at UT Austin's Jackson School of Geosciences studying Earth's largest subglacial lake as an analog for Europa's subsurface ocean, and before that I graduated from Harvard College with a BA in Applied Mathematics with an application in Astronomy.
Outside of research, I've started playing Oxygen Not Included, which is basically another long-term habitability project with mixed results so far. I've also ranked top 1% in Marvel Rivals and used to be the same in Rocket League. When I'm not gaming, I garden and I'm eager to start growing hot peppers again once spring comes."
