Overview
Daniel Lein is a research engineer focusing on the development of electronics for the ICEFIN ROV/AUV, with an interest in adapting these systems for future missions to icy moons. Daniel comes to Cornell from the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where he designed electronics for the Europa Clipper, Dragonfly, DART, and IMAP missions. He is a candidate for an MSE in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and has received a BE in Electrical Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College, as well as a BA in Engineering Physics from Dartmouth College.
